We Buy Cars - Dome - Bad Customer Service

Where to start. Since 12th July 2022 until now we have only received bad service from the rep to the license department at we buy cars dome branch.

I all started by the representative. There was a vehicle that we saw that we wanted to purchase on their online platform, I sent the stock number and photos to the rep asking can we please apply for finance on this vehicle "Knowing we have been preapproved for a certain amount already" he just had to sent it to the F&I so the F&I can send this to the bank for approval.

After having to continuously following up with them, the rep advised that there was another purchase in for the same vehicle, but however we where the first to put in an OTP, the rep however insured us that the vehicle it under our name.

From there we had to continuously following up with the F&I as the rep kept on promising that the F&I will make contact which the F&I never did only after 6 days we have received the OTP from the F&I which had the incorrect information on it anyway and yet again had to follow up with them and wait for the correct information.

Now 25 days later after receiving the vehicle, after it was said that the license and registration can take between 5 - 7 days we are still waiting for the plates and the documentation.

Every time that we make contact with the person who deals with the registration keep telling us that they are waiting for the NATIS Documents from the Midstream Branch and then they have to send it to the Dome branch.

There has been no constant communication from their side on the progress whatsoever and once again we have to follow on a Monday.

This is not acceptable.
