We buy cars dome, bad after sales service

We had excelent service when we sold our caravan at the dome and at the same time buy one of their off road trailers. The arrangement was, because we stay far that they postnet the trailer papers for us. 2 weeks after I received a call to say the papers is ready, we are still waiting for the papers. Every time I phone, promises are made of the papers that will be send but the papers are never sent. I cannot insure the trailer without the papers, so who is going to carry the cost if something happen? This is really bad. Hope this message reach the correct person to assist us.we have been in contact with one of the sales persons from we buy cars the dome constantly re this situation and even he is running out of excuses and lies . If this situation is not resolved very soon then we will unfortunately have to go the legal route
