We buy cars dome

The worst service i have received in n long time i bought a truck from we buy cars dome and in the contract i paid the license and registration fees it then took 2 weeks for them toe send the documents only to inform me that i have to pay the vehicle license again to the amount of R 14216.00 i them paid the license fee and asked for a refund cause i already paid the license in the purchase contract now they are absolutely quite i get no feed back from there personnel after almost a month know and this is still not sorted out calling and emails does not help so im wondering if they are going to rob me of my refund of wil n receive it not to mention the down time i had a los of imcome due to waiting for the license documents where i lost 25k i will not recommend doing any business with these people
