WE BUY CARS.. DOCUMENTATION NIGHTMARE

I bought a car ( Polo1.4, 2011) at we buy cars in Brackenfell. As a first time car owner i did not know that I was supposed to get papers with the car. I took the car home with only the invoice. I thought i could renew the license disc with the invoice. Upon failure I phoned Shafiek the sales executive that was assisting me with the car the answer was " i will get back to you in 5 minutes" for 3 times in 3 hours then on the 4th attempt , he told me to pickup the papers on Friday 22 April. I did not have time on Friday , I went on Saturday... the admin clerk told me my papers were not ready but called Shafiek to tell him that he was suppose to explain to me that the papers will be ready in 21 days & he just said sorry.

The reason I opted for we buy cars was I expected a professional customer service , now , I'm sitting with a license disc that is expiring on the 31April I can't renew because I don't have papers. Giving the client a choice to decide ,I would have opted to sort ownership myself because with them it takes long and it is INCONVINIENCING instead of saying " you must pay an extra R1600 we will sort the ownership.
