WE BUY CARS - DO NOT DARE

We purchased a 2019 Nissan NP200 from WBC The Dome in early August on Auction - with the assistance of "Zweli", Our first step after purchasing the vehicle was to take it through to Nissan for Service as this seemed to be due. Upon the Service being completed we were informed that the vehicles brakes & discs were in terrible condition ( Less +- 1mm left on the Pad and the discs required replacement due to the severe s****ing that had taken place.

I contacted we buy cars customer care & was assisted by a consultant - Melissa- who was great in the beginning - she arranged an initial MOA as per confirmation from management of a refund being due to us for the additional costs incurred regarding the breaks (We did not lay any claim for the service of the vehicle as this was something we knew was required prior purchase), before we signed the MOA, we were given issues at the licensing department regarding the Nissan Np200 and told we needed to pay a penalty of R279,90 for the licensing - to which Melissa again confirmed that this expense would be added to the MOA - this was never done and the updated MOA never sent to us. After weeks of calls and follow-up emails we eventually find out that Melissa has left WBC. No handover process? No one can locate our complaint? We are then told , now in the beginning of November 22, that we need to log a new complaint and would be assigned to a new consultant - Simphiwe T. Simphiwe's lack of communication and customer service was pathetic. We are now nearing the end of November and absolutely no one at WeBuyCars is able to get this sorted for us. Simphiwe's manager Wynand doesn't respond to emails nore answer calls - the call centre "put us through" to his and Simphiwe's phones and after 15 minutes of holding the call eventually cuts off.

We were happy with the service Zweli gave us - but the after sales service at We Buy Card has been nothing but pathetic. I will never purchase another vehicle and will never recommend anyone to WBC - unless of course you are comfortable spending ridiculous amounts of money on call time to hold for absolutely no results.
