We Buy Cars dishonest

I bought a D/C Toyota bakkie from We buy cars Midstream last month. The Dekra report show two minor problems which was corrected. I bought it on finance through Wesbank and paid for license and registration. Two days after receiving my vehicle I took the bakkie for wheel alignment and they say they can not do it because of too much play on the steering rack. In the following week I send emails to the sales manager and DP up to date no reply..I lock a complain on We buy cars a guy phone me and said he will sort it out ..two weeks later still nothing. Then I receive an SMS that my license is there but no disc because the vehicle was not put through roadworthy which I paid for. Now I have a vehicle which I can not use and Wesbank finance a vehicle which is not roadworthy. The Dekra report at We buy cars don't tell the truth. I will not recommend any one to buy a vehicle from We buy cars
