We Buy Cars - disappointed
Have to say I am terribly disappointed in We Buy Cars. I was spoken out of getting my brakes checked because "It passed roadworthy" and was told if there is an issue to come back and they would sort it out. They lasted 2000km and now need to be replaced and surprise surprise now it's not their issue even though I was promised that they would do something if there was a problem. Bearing in mind that this is the 5th vehicle I have purchased and I am bitterly disappointed. To add insult to injury you cannot write on their page or tag them in anything....go figure

Herewith our response to your complaint. It is our understanding that the matter has been discussed with you by the Branch Manager, Henry Harber, and he explained to you that we can not be held responsible for the wear and tear on a vehicle.
Seeing as the brakes passed roadworthy when you purchased the vehicle and a certificate was issued by the roadworthy centre, we, unfortunately, won’t be able to assist you after the vehicle has done an additional 2000km’s. This is general wear and tear that we can not be held accountable for.
