Worst service ever after a A grade dekra report with voucher to take to Dekra Testing station car failed test when contacting Dekra get told by a chap called Wynand we only report on things that we can see amazing how a test centre can see them and Dekra doesnt then i was told by Wynand he is to busy he has back to back meetings and must call we buy cars so then you get through to a call centre.they say that you will get a ref number and they will get back to you its almost two weeks still no paperwork on car and nobody interested in the problems
