We Buy Cars Deceives Buyers

I bought a gold standard vehicle from We Buy Cars, Springfield. The car was paid for in cash. I drove all the way to their show room from Mooi River to purchase this gold standard vehicle that showed only normal wear and tear on the dekra report, and the diagnostics report showed as the vehicle having no faults. While driving home, the air suspension warning light came on and I notified my salesman as soon as I had arrived home. I took this gold standard car for roadworthy, and the vehicle failed the roadworthy test despite being told that a gold standard car would pass a roadworthy inspection. I then paid for a diagnostics report on the issue and submitted this new found fault to We Buy Cars, Springfield Park. As a woman who had driven on her own for 3 hours just to get to their show room, I was told that the general wear and tear jargon covered the fact that the suspension was faulty. The front control arms also need to be replaced. A fault also not disclosed by We Buy Cars. The quote to repair this is R47 056.25. I paid over R312 000 for this car! The have declined my request for assistance because I should have known that general wear and tear means the issue needs to be replaced immediately. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM WE BUY CARS in SPRINGFIELD PARK because they will deceive you in your purchase and you will be left in the lurch despite all their promises to the contrary.
