Since taking ownership of the Citroen, Chantal has experienced problems with the vehicle and when voicing her concerns has been told by We Buy Cars that it will cost her a further R27,015.80 to repair the vehicle. Please confirm how this vehicle got a roadworthy certificate in the first place? Chantal has on several occasions contacted you about the problems she is facing with an unroadworthy vehicle which is putting her and her child's life at risk. Your correspondence of 19 March 2025 quoting the inspection by Dekra Condition Report is questionable. Your dealership was aware that the vehicle was problematic and took the easy route by selling the car to a woman with no one to help her when purchasing the vehicle.
