We buy cars DAYLIGHT *******!

We buy cars have no intention of doing a good deal. Contacted them regarding selling my vehicle. Waited 4 days for the buyer ( frik ) to get here . He took pictures and drove the vehicle after he put in all the vehicles details they made me a offer of R45000 . I accepted. He talked to the office and they needed more documents. While i was busy getting them they left. I send threw the needed documents of which there was still a problem regarding proof of payment of where i bought the vehicle 6 months ago. It took me 3 days in banks , had to drive around getting the right document . After he informed me he cant do anything they have blocked his sale. So I did the whole process again of which they send me a new buyer Vossie. He took 2 hours to again take photos and drive around in my vehicle . He could not even give me a offer that day so again he left. A week later after i e mailed customer support and numerous messages to him . He comes back and says everything is fine they offer R35000. After seeing his evaluation report on the vehicle I find that he says the vehicles tyres is under average and the windscreen might be broken. The vehicle has new front tyres. And the windscreen does not even have a crack. So i asked how the vehicle is worth R10 000 less in 4 days. No answer. He told me the vehicle has alot of work. So i asked about his evaluation and he doesnt even respond. I sent customer care e mails and whatsapp messages but all they say is they will forward it to the buyer (vossie) who will explain. He doesnt care about me losing R10 000 . He doesnt even reply me. Customer care neither. I want to sell the vehicle to put food on the table , so what they doing now is bullying me into accepting the lower offer because thats all I have. I adhered to all their rules because I knew they are offering 45 for my volvo s40 2010 model with 187000km on the clock. Now they cant explain why there is faults on the car that is not there nor can they explain how they just want me to accept how their offer can drop R10 000 in 4 days. LXB020210 first ref offer R45 000 after evaluation , LXB120144 second ref offer R35 000 after evaluation. They are giving me R10 000 less because of documents that were incorrect but then corrected and send as they wanted. They just expect me to lose R10 000 for the very same vehicle in exactly the same condition as 4 days before. Find it pathetic and greedy or *********** from their second buyer ( vossie ) !!!
