A big thank you and appreciation to Kyle Van Straaten at We Buy Cars at the Dome.....a real gentleman, always going the extra mile to help me out with the refund for the car and with an amount I had paid to a service provider before the car was given back in exchange for another one....in his very busy schedule he always took the time to answer my messages and return my calls.....a shining star at the Dome, couldn't have managed without him supervising and expediting the whole process for me....am extremely grateful; he is indeed an asset to the Dome, smoothing out matters at Customer Relations constantly.... a sharp contrast to Nataniel Sithole, the salesperson that sold me the Chev Spark and Anton, the buyer for my Ford Figo I gave in at the Dome....the latter avoiding me every time he bumped into me and proving otherwise to his statement that he had introduced me to one of the best and honest salesmen at the Dome, Nataniel, and that I was in safe hands.... Nataniel, the gentleman in question, who initially sold me a car, lost all sense of responsibility and accountability after the sale of the car was finalised....all the sweetness and false promises concerning the car vanished and I found myself facing an insurmountable challenge trying to find out why many faults in the car had not been disclosed and not getting any response whatsoever to my frantic messages and phone calls.....an immense amount of money is handled at We Buy Cars every minute....somewhere in there there should be moments of clarity, reliability and concern for customers.....thank you so much again Kyle!
