We buy cars consultant arrogant and with attitude

I've had a very bad experience with a consultant Sibusiso Ndlivu, very arrogant young man with a ****y attitude! After assessing my vehicle on Thursday we had an arrangement to do the test drive on Saturday. I did not hear from him again and I've had to contact him on Friday to confirm. He was by then too busy and would come on Sunday. I suggested 10 am to be told he will 'squeeze me in'! Mot satisfied with his attitude I've decided to request another consultant... His reaction was... "Too late, I've already assessed your car"! He is doing the company damage with his attitude... I will reconsider if I want to do business with this company!
