We buy cars completely Pathetic

So Last year November 2018 I bought a car at we buy cars. I was actually impressed with how fast they got everything done. I drove all the way from limpopo to Silver lakes to pick up my new car and sign the papers. Two weeks later some asks me why I still have the old number plates on my new car. They informed me that the car dealership is suppose to register your car get you a new license disk and number plates because the car was Financed. And that's when the long Quest started in the. I phoned we buy cars and asked them about this and they said they are busy with it they will let me know when everything is done..My license disk expired end of January i still have the old number plates so i phoned them again in the beginning of Feb 2019 the answer i got is send me your details and i'll get back to you 2 weeks later i phone again and again i get the same response in and it went on like this until i asked to speak to someone to lay a complaint of the poor service. Last week on the 10 th of April 2019 they send me the registration papers and tell me i must do the licensing and registration myself and then i must send them the slips to get a refund on something they were supposed to do in November when i bought the car. Now i have to send that same car trough the Road worthy test because the one they did is not valid anymore before i can get my new license disk before that happens i have to pay a penalty on the registration because it is 5 months later and they took their sweet marry time to send me the documentation i Required.. i dont know if these people think that i have a lot of money. But i feel this is unacceptable this was their responsibility and now i have to pay for their negligence if they send me everything i needed when i first asked them to it would not have been this big of an issue... i will never again buy a car from them and i wouldn't recommend them to anyone
