We Buy Cars Circus is in town!

I called We Buy Cars to enquire about a motorcycle. I was put through to a "Sipho" who I was told could assist me. After asking some questions, I realised he did not have a clue what the bike was about. He did, however, confirm that the bike was still available. The line was bad and we got cut off. 2 min later I called him back only to be told that the bike is no longer available because a dealer arrived who might want it!

I was in line first! What **** is that????

So, stupidly, I called regarding a different bike, one at Midstream branch. I was put on hold for almost 15 minutes!!!!!!

I eventually hung up. The operator then called me back to tell me to call a different number, that of a sales person at the branch because the branch is not answering their phones!!!!! BUT.....he is not actually at work......

What kind of a company is this???????
