My daughter bought a Suzuki SX4 not even a month ago and it was a cash sale. The gearbox has broken and we were told "sorry your problem". They are still in possession of the NATIS papers!!!!!!!!! I cannot believe that we as the public have the wool pulled over our eyes by such dishonest companies. How many people do they treat like this? I am absolutely disgusted and all we want is the CASH money back and they can then take the car and try and sell it to some other unsuspected person, as this seems to be their modis operandi. We are not dealers who can buy and fix cars to sell for profits. Why then sell to the public?
