We Buy Cars, ************ car dealer

I bought a vehicle, 2014 Opel Vivaro 1.9 Diesel cash from We Buy Cars Port Elizabeth branch. The vehicle was transported by ToAny Where vehicle carriers to Brackengate branch Cape Town. I signed documents confirming the condition of the Pre Delivery where it shows the windscreen was in good order. On receiving the vehicle at Brackengate the windscreen is cracked. I asked the salesman he said this is how he received the vehicle. I escalated .y complaint with Ee Buy Cars. They requested I get a quote for the cracked windscreen. One day after (26/02/25) sending the quote they rep**** that the request was declined. I have proof of the documents signed where windscreen was in order, I also have a document from TAC vehicle carries RS that they received the vehicle with a cracked windscreen. I am now making a civil case against WBC for cost of the windscreen. WBC is ************, and undermined the integrity of me as a buyer. .
