We Buy Cars (but do you also sell cars?)

Silver Lakes branch: I have been trying to make progress on the purchase of a car at this branch since 5 July, but almost no progress. Every question I have has to be discussed with a manager etc etc and although they undertake to come back to you, this doesn't happen. The latest undertaking was to come back to me by 9h00 today.....didn't even read my messages I sent yesterday afternoon. And this is one of those managers...You cannot talk to anyone to escalate the issue, very frustrating.
