We Buy Cars Bullying customers !

I like to write about a recent experience I had at We Buy Cars when buying a car. I bought a car on auction which WBC has advertised at a 2009 model. Based on the information I purchased the car only to find out that the car was actually a 2007 model and WeBuyCars advertised it delibertelu wrongly in order to increase their profit. And it did not stop there, the process while collecting the car was terrible, not only did they refuse to give me copies of the documentation I had to sign, they also bul**** me into signing these on a computer screen. In addition that although I had paid the full amount on collection of the car they did not have the registration papers and I had to wait 21 days to get my title for the car. Clearly We Buy Cars uses the customers money to pay off the banks before they actually have the right documentation on hand and they tell you nothing about that up front. My experience was terrible and We Buy Cars is using their market position to intimidate and abuse the market. This for sure requires far more customer protections than what is presently in place!
