We buy cars Brackenfell - will not buy there again

After searching for a reliable car, i came across the We buy cars website. Firstly in this day and age, we all need reliable cars that we can depend on when buying it. I bought a 2017 Renault Kwid 1.0 Espression 5-door of 34 463Km, A rated at the Brackenfell branch in Cape Town, on the 20 March 2024. On the 20th of July on 35 138km the top gasket of the car blew. I bough this car cash. I have read through your Return policy and there is no mention of when you buy a car Cash. i was also not explained this, as we had a long day when buying this vehicle and only left the store just after 6pm. This car has been in my possession for 4 months only , and drives me to work and back and this happened? All i can say to the Public is that be very careful when you buy from this dealership as there is no assistance whatsoever when buying from them, especially when doing so cash. If i had bought a car at a different dealership, i would have been assisted within the 6 month window period. This is the first time i bought from you I have learned a valuable lesson and will never buy there again.
