Brackenfell we buy cars capetown the worst place to buy.i bought a kia cerento a while back .on the dekra it said everything in good condition .but no dont trust them bought the car and then we wanted to use the aircon and it didnt work take it in for regas then the staff member said but their isnt a aircon in anymore the pipe were hidden away under the engine .the wheel hubs all were rusted and sprayed over so the customer cant see it .when we took it back 2 weeks after we bought it for a full refund my fiance needed to get back to work and he told the person to help me on the small screens because im blind in 1 eye and 40% vision in the other eye.then i thought they helping me with a refund and my fiance did ask them to read me everything before i sign but the guy that helped me were so rude and said i must just sign the papers and f...off because he dont like disabled people and then i signed papers bit didnt know it was sale papers and it should have been refund papers and after signing he told me that money would be in bank and then i can go .so i waited few min and they paid in 13500 only and it should have been 34000 and when i tried to ask why its 20500 short he just told me to f...off i got money.and tried to talk to management but looks like they are on the sales person side and until today we waiting for refunds and now thinking of taking them to court for ****** against disabled people .
