We buy cars in Brackenfell. The service was terrible. When we purchased the vehicle, we had to wait for hours. When we raised issues with the vehicle before buying, we were told we could return it as "We buy cars" has a return policy of 6 months or 2000 kilometers. In addition, the Dekra report has not shown any issues that were raised. They said they could not do anything after returning the vehicle and collecting the papers, which took two weeks. The information they provide is not accurate nor do they provide accurate Dekra reports.
