we buy cars - beyond unprofessional !!!!!

on the 25th of May i enquired about a car on the we buy cars website, i was told by Marchand Goosen that the vehicle was available and he sent me all the details that we submitted to the bank for finance. the finance WAS APPROVED and now when i called him he said that "oh sorry, the vehicle was actually sold 2 two and a half weeks ago. what a waste of my time and efforts to secure this vehicle and the finances. i discourage anyone using this company. this is beyond unprofessional.
