We buy cars bad service

We bought a car with a mileage of 36k at we buy cars in November 2022. December the car gave us issues with the clutch. We contacted innovation group as it’s the warranty company we are covered with. They gave us a go ahead to take the car to the dealer for fixing but as soon as the dealer provided the quotation now Innovation Group told us long stories with regards to fixing the car. I contacted we buy cars customer service to lay a complaint. I was assisted by Ashley Coltman who ask for required documentation. I received bad service from Ashley I had to call her every time to get a feedback regarding my complaint. Ashley promised to provide an update last week Monday till today no feedback. I am so disappointed with we buy cars and Innovation Group service
