WE BUY CARS BAD EXPERIENCE

I am very disappointed in the service received from we buy cars complains department. On the 1st of June I bought a car and there's a sound the car makes I then complained and I was directed to the nearest mechanic shop then I took the car in where they had it for 5 days after picking it up the sound came back then I took it back and informed Piehan from the complains department when he had attitude on the phone then after dropping off the car I was sent home later I was called to pick it up and the car did the same sound then I took it for the third time then the car was better but still had the sound I emailed Piehan again and he ignored my email I don't know what to do know honestly the car is just a month and already giving me problems
