We buy cars bad after sales

Fed up with we buy cars after sales. Struggling for almost 3 months just to get my refund. Call after call, mail after mail and I still don't know when I will get my refund. Promise after promise. 3rd hello Peter review regarding this. This is unacceptable from a big Profesional company like we buy cars.
