We Buy Cars 👎🏻

I’ve recently(July) purchased a vehicle from We buy cars in Midstream. They sold me a vehicle with an active tracking device still under previous owners name,which prevents me from cancelling the device or fitting additional tracking device because the battery can not support multiple devices needing battery power. Its now end of August and I still cannot use the vehicle because i have not fitted a device for tracking and insurance. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact we buy cars sales agent. I was told its above his paygrade. I’ve requested to speak to management but i just get transferred around. Nobody at We buy cars are willing to assist me. The after sales service is non existent,disgraceful being led around by the nose after purchasing a Mercedes from them. I was told by an individual that I must sort it out myself with tracking company. I’ve appealed,I’ve asked for help and assistance in this matter. But We Buy Cars couldn’t be fazed in the least to assist me. I will NOT recomend We Buy Cars to anyone! As soon as they have their money,the customer does not exist anymore. I’ve been told that management will contact me numerous times,but yet still nobody had contacted me with regards to solving my problem. Its been longer than a month now that We buy cars Management neglected to contact or assist me
