We buy cars auction deposit!

I went to WBC in Silverlakes to buy a car on auction. The service there was really great from the sales person Kamogelo.

I failed to buy the car on auction. Here is where things went sour. Trying to get the R4000.00 auction deposit back is an absolute nightmare! No feedback, no response, no reply from my emails, nothing, just ghosting me as a client. It is now the end of the 3rd business day, trying to get my money back, with absolute nothing from WBC. In the meantime they are earning tons of money on everyone's else's money that they should have paid back days ago! I want my mo ey back with interest!
