We buy cars @ it again..

Good morning I finally found that this is the only site they understand together back at reported request. Last month I requested a breakdown on charge of extras on my OTP for the car I bought. And I have another deduction on my account each and every month they say it's a shortfall, call several departments of guardrisk solution nor they can explain what is it for. Just now I have received an email says lapsed policy, for what is it exactly. Tried several times to get my car serviced even today no one called to arrange that.
