We buy Cars are ******** my brother

My brother bought a used car from We buy Cars on Friday. he drove the car from Rustenburg and on Saturday it was giving problems and he couldnt drive it. he got in touch with the sales person. the sales person said he will report to his manager. they told him to lay a complaint. We have spoken to both the Sales person Joshua and his Manager Oswald.

we ask them who is dealing with the complaints with my brother query but they wont give us the names .

he asked for a service log. they told him the the dekra report is confirmation that he will have to service the car gilself

And i can assure you the CPA was not followed this sale was done.

its way past their turn around time but alas we dont matter to them
