Purchased a car on Friday afternoon 22/03 in the afternoon from the salesman Ocean. Besides getting different amounts for the final sales amount which kept changing we purchased the car cash. Monday 25/03 morning the clutch broke and my daughter went to go stand on the side on the road in the dark on the Bottelary Rd. We had to pay R950 for the tow truck and R300 for the Uber to take my daughter to Stellies university. We had the car towed to we buy car in Brackenfell. The stand in manager Jaco knows squat, kept on saying he cant assist and that Ocean must asssist who was on leave. Ocean is back from leave today 26/03 and no help whatsoever after stressing the urgency of teh matter. As I also had to pay another R300 for Uber to work this morning. NOTHING from either of them. I have called no answer and if they do answer its I DONT KNOW IM WAITING FOR THE MANAGER. No haste or urgency whatsoever. We are being ignored. They are *****s. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. The dekra report clearly showed that there was nothing wrong with the clutch which wasn't the case. And I was also not informed of the extended mechanical warranty. Now I'm doubting the entire report.
