We Buy Cars are not reliable when you buy from them

We bought a Mercedes-Benz from We Buy Cars Richmond in January this year. There were a few issues and they sent the car for repairs while we were sorting out the financing. While it was sent for repairs a forklift bashed into the back of the car damaging the bumper. The salesman sent us photos and a voice note advising us that the deal can go ahead and that the car will be fixed in three weeks as the company had insurance. Given that we bought the car as an Uber the bank wouldn't finance and as such we paid cash. SADLY, after numerous calls, emails and being bashed around by the insurance companies and a letter of demand from our attorneys, the car has still not been fixed. I also told the insurance broker on numerous occasions that I am not the person who should be providing them with all the documents they kept requesting for the claim as the car was not in our name or possession at the time of the incident. Yet, they kept pushing me for all the details which I eventually gathered and submitted only for them to say that I can't submit the claim. We Buy Cars Richmond is ignoring my calls and emails. I sent an email to We Buy Cars Customer Care email address and we are not getting any reaction.
