Worst experience ever! Bought a R300000 car from the Riverhorse Valley Branch, Once they get your money they treat you like dirt! 2 days after purchase the car was making a Knocking noise when I turned the steering, I took it back to them and told them that I wont take the business away from them, That I wanted a replacement vehicle and I advised them which vehicle I wanted mine to be replaced with, Manager Raj said that I had to take the car to Nissan for a diagnostic so I had to wait to get an appointment, got the appointment, took time off work and took the car, found that the Stabiliser bars were broken or something to that effect. had to take the next day off to go back to fetch the car, then took the car to we buy cars where had to fill a series of forms. Manager Raj said they would sort the replacement, the next day they sold my replacement car to someone else!, its been 3 weeks and nothing is being done, Im left with this car, My cancellation is not being done, and now they say I must pay for usage on this car! Yet I could be paying the same funds towards finance on a car that I will actually own, We buy cars are *****s and ******!
