We Buy Cars and their staff don't care anymore about customers!!

I bought a Volvo V70 from Midstream branch after the salesman Stiaan informed me it was graded a 4, 5 being the highest. He said the can is in mint condition and perfect. He also informed me that the papers for the car is there by them, waited a month for it then contacted the manager Shaun Lonn, papers next day in Port Alfred. I also informed him of the condition of the car, already paid R 20 000.00 on repairs and must still do the valve stem seals on the engine at a cost of R 25 000.00. This before I can register the vehicle. This on a grade 4 vehicle from them. I am a private person NOT a dealer or trade, so CPA say they MUST inform me of defects and that "voetstoots "don't work. I informed Stiaan of this!!!! I have delt with them in the past4-5 time with very good results. NOW it is a deffirent story, management is a real problem!!!! Please stear clear of them, the level of customer abuse is out of this world, ever towards returning customers. This is going to the CPA and the Ombuds man!!!! Another note, the level of ************** against people over the age of 41 at there Port Elizabeth brance also warrant us to file a complaint at the human rights commition against We Buy Cars. Became one of the worst companies to deal with in SA!!!!!!
