We Buy Cars and suspicious Dekra reports

I bought a car from one of the Cape Town branches. In the Dekra report, only one issue was mentioned (the steering). I fixed the issue (spent R6000) and then took the car for a roadworthy test. Unfortunately, the car failed as more issues were identified. The rear tires were worn out, and the suspension was also not up to standard. Honestly, an honest Dekra assessor should have identified these issues. I requested WBC to cover these expenses (R6500), as they were not covered in the report, but they declined. I'm not sure who is more dishonest between Dekra and WBC. I honestly think both of them should be avoided.
