We Buy cars and marquis finance

last year march i bought a car at We Buy cars The DOME, sale Reps Natalian. and im finance through Marquis Finance.. late december last year i wanted to trade my Car with Hyndai,My application was a success until it was time to hand over my Car.i was told the model of the car that i am driving is not what im being sold as per contract that i signed as per settlement from my bank. so im currently driving a Kiger energy Lite while the purchase contract and all the documents indicate that i am paying an instalment for Kiger Turbo Intense. i forwarded Marquis Finance complain department and We buy car my Query and they did say mentioned that i am paying for Kiger Intense as the contract says, i forwarded several emails to both parties and i still have not heard anything from,,they are telling me they dont their customer information for more months yet im have to pay the car for months but they hodl recods for more than six months..how does it even make sense. This discrepancy has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, as I am now left with a car that does not meet my needs and expectations. I must emphasize the importance of addressing this matter promptly and finding a suitable resolution to rectify the error.
