We buy cars

I bought a Ford Figo for my daughter on Feb 12 / 2023 a nice car and in our price range. The car had some work to be done which was fine but looked in good condition. We paid half of the value to secure the car the balance the next day. When we got home we noticed that it had minor paint damage that wasn't there when we paid the deposit. We reported within 15min and were told we buy cars, they told us they would investigate. 18Feb we changed the spare Tyre only to find out the rim is the wrong one and immediately notified We buy cars customer service. We have been told they would replace the rim but take no responsibility for the damage to the bumper . It is now the 24 April and we are still waiting. We buy cars tell me it has been ordered. Two months with no spare Tyre, lots of promises and correspondence and still nothing. I could have ordered one from another country and got it quicker. As for the paint the they are not interested. Not happy.
