We buy cars the Dome has been the worst experience I have ever had. I bought a Nissan np 200 with a golden dekra report. After the 1st day driving it multiple problems started. I took it back within 3 days and told them to cancel the deal. After them having the Nissan for nearly 2 weeks resulting in loss of income to me, they said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and I must take it to a registered auto mechanic to get a report. I took it to Car time in Berario Northcliff. Their report came back with multiple problems and that the vehicle was NOT roadworthy. We sent the report back to customer care and told them to cancel or repair. They refused and said if I am not happy I must take it to Miosa which we did. The ombudsman voted in our favour and they had to cancel. I took the vehicle back and asked Savannah at customer care what the time line would be as I paid tham R85000.00 immediate payment which I needed back urgently to buy another vehicle for my work, she told me it will be 4 to 5 days and that Renaldo Gregory at the Dome branch will be handling the cancellation and that he would keep us updated on the progress. It has been nearly 2 weeks and nothing, no updates and they are not replying to our emails. I don't know what further steps to take to get my money back as this is absolutely terrible service.
