WE BUY CARS

Well here we go again,WE BUY CARS I would take the one star away if I could. April the 14th I deposit R2500 to reserve a vehicle that i want to purchase from Springfield Park KZN DBN,after vehicle inspection I decide not to purchase it.This is after numerous messages to Michael the sales person who just ignores all the messages I send. Now it gets interesting,I request the return of my deposit of R2500,and all my communications are on email,first I get told that they WE BUY CARS dont owe me any money. Paperwork trail submitted to them,and now there is agreement that they do owe money to me. Thats where it ends no further communication no follow up no apology, WE BUY CARS DO NOT CARE!! Be this a lesson to anyone wanting to do business with a Company that to me has no integrity no professionalism and no empathy towards the middle class man that needs an affordable vehicle,im wondering while typing this if I will get even a reply from WE BUY CARS.
