WE BUY CARS

I recently bought a 2007 Volvo XC90SUV at We buy cars Port Elizabeth.The vehicle looked perfect with an up to date service record and the DEKRA test did not point out an problems. I took it for a test drive around the corner. It was rush hour and therefore I could not go on a freeway to reallyl, really test it. Then the rush hour started at WBC for signing the documents (as lots of complainants mentioned on HeloPeter) There was no explanations what you sign or no time to read. More customers were waiting. And above all, you trust this '"wonderful"company with their excellent reputation. After the transaction was done, we went for a drive into the country and that is where the problems started. Back at home, I immediately forwarded a e mail to WBC informing them about the situation. They advised me to go to aRMI registerd dealership, which I did. They informed me that the problem is with the torque converter and send me a quotation of R16 000., which I mailed through to WBC. They responded by sending me all the documentation that I signed, no further explanation, but that the case is closed. The mechanic said that the torque converter problem will only be picked up when the gearbox gets heated up and not with a test drive!!!! That is why we picked it up with our country drive. Next another mail to WBC and they did not even listen or try to understand this explanation. I did not buy this car at a s****yard. I bought it cash at WBC. There is NO after sales assistance what so ever. NO understanding. NO helpfullness. NO emphaty. I need them to help me with the cost of the R16 000. You just boosted with your assets of R3.7 b , but you cant assist me with R16 000. Never buy a car at WBC. There is only a few satisfied customers with their service, which I think NONE in Port Elizabeth. I also know that I will only get a reply like so many complainants do. "this case is closed" You must change your name to WE BUY ****
