We buy Cars

My mom bought a second hand car for me December 2024 at We Buy Cars and it has not been two months yet and the car started showing warning lights. I called we buy cars innovation, spoke to Lebogang and I told her about the issue and she told me since I have a warranty i must take the car to Renault and ask them to call them.

On the 12th of February 2025.I took my car to Renault in Kempton Park I told them I am under warranty and they must call innovation and the assist from Renault in Kempton park did call them and all of the sudden they are unable to cover the expenses for the Car. They said they won't even pay for the diagnosis now I have to pay Renault for the diagnosis, so I can release my car because innovation doesn't want to assist with anything. This car was just bought in December already it has so many issues and expenses, I really fear for my safety driving the car in the condition it is as I can see we buy cars doesn't care . Frans from innovation who is the manager of Lebogang told he's not gonna help me and I must contact the ombudsman. So i am very unhappy and none of the people i spoke to seems to be helpful, i am waiting for respond from Ombusman they if still i am not getting help will return the car. this is very wron.
