We buy cars

On the 4th of June 2023, I bought a GWM 2.0 TCI for R98000.00. As a single mother the car seemed decent. 107 thousand on the clock. I looked at the dekra, it showed it only needed a front right tire, hand break re-adjustment . and front right light re-adjustment. So as a mom i thought that would be a good buy. the car looked neat and milage was low. I bought the car the next day took it home. left it there till they could send me the paper work so that i could do roadworthy. that night my brother came over and told me that this car had been in a front smash. i took it for roadworthy, and to my shock. this car could not go more than 90 as it shook so bad you had to slow down. apparently it was in a full on massive front smash. So the headlights cannot be adjusted as its generics, you would have to buy original headlight. which is between R8000-R12000 per light. the engine mounting was so damaged that it affected the gears, The inner cv was completely damaged and broken. when we phoned for parts we could not get and was told it would have to be rebuild. this car was expensive and i did not have the extra cash to repair such damage, if i had known i would not have bought that car for that price. when i had the car at my place you could see how skew the car actually was. i emailed we buy cars for a full refund as out of the 5 days i only drove the car 2 times. they never got back to me. i started stressing as schools where starting the following 2 weeks and i needed transport. it was email after emails, phone calls after phone calls nothing. i landed up (trading my car back to them for a different car. they bought it back for R85000 which was ridiculous, i lost a total of R13000, but still had to pay for admin both times. the very next day they put my old car up for sale, when i msged them they said the car was repaired. It is such a lie, the cv had to be ordered in or rebuild which would have taken a few days. the front lights has to be riginals to be able to function at night, because remember if i had the car i would not have been able to drive at night al all as you could not adjust it. but yet they are selling it for R115000, with a roadworthy certificate. i have driven many cars but this car is so unsafe. they could not have had it fixed within 3 hours.even the guys at roadworthy said that this car needs to be s****ped as its holding on by capable ties and little wielding. I think its fair i get a full refund and that car gest s****ped and not become another persons death trap
