We buy cars

We bought a vehicle from We Buy Cars in East London. Broke down within 30 min after receiving it. The deal was cancelled and we ask for a refund on the Friday morning. We phoned customer service numerous times only to be left on hold or told the branch will phone us back. We also sent emails to enquiry why the refund is taking so long. Eventually we went to the branch only to be told we had to wait another 72hrs for the payment to be done as they have not canceled the deal.

I believe they are selling cars that are mechanical not checked. The Dekra reports are also not a true reflection of what are wrong with the vehicle.
