We buy cars

I bought a car at we buy cars 16 March 2023 from the Cape Town Richmond park with sales agent Ezra. When I received the car it had no spare key and asked about it I was told it will be sorted till this day noting I then was told that I will receive the cars license and registration in 21 days but to say I’ve not received it I then started call because my driver got a traffic fine because the car didn’t have a number plate or a temporary permit. I then raised it with the we buy cars team I was told the fine will be sorted out by them till today nothing has happened. Now I’m being told that I need to pay for my own license and registration. When I call the agents they don’t take my calls
