Just want to write a review on the most unsatisfying pathetic service i had received from We BUY CARS MIDSTREAM..... I had bought a car on Finance through them. They help you as 1 2 3 to get the financed done no hassle at all but when you have a problem on the car they take there time to get back to you on feed back on the status you have to call and call and then they don't answer and say they are in a meeting....I say bull !! If they can be on Whatsapp in the meeting then surely they can answer the phone they don't want to speak to an client over the phone that's truly unhappy....I am still waiting for my report on diagnostics on my volvo....from them 1 hole week now and every time if i ask Heidi the Manager that's working there....wheres my report? She will just say she will follow up and then no feed back to me what so ever! Just leave the client to wonder what's going on... i am busy with Volvo myself to get my report! Be also careful when financing car they service the vehicle and do a very poor JoB of doing so....... i had find out The spark plus has not been changed you can see how old they are.....and breather pipe from taped cover to air box sponge not been changed....sponge so sobby of oil and hard and brittle in air box very bad service from Grease ****** garage..... and that i have a problem with the car wanting to stall when coming to a stand still at robot or stop street .....they say As far they now that's n normal!!!!!and that to revs go down to 100-200RPM that's normal they say!!!! And remember they are qualified mechanics..... they are talking bull.... They say that volvo says the same but i think they are not talking the truth... If Grease ****** garage did there job right and maybe had people with more s**** sets and know what's going on.... They could have find out that the problem actually come from the THROTTLE BODY THAT'S DIRTY AND HAD TO BE CLEANED OUT AND BE RECALIBRATED.... I had taken off the silencer box of the exhaust and poet an strait pipe where the silencer box was... Like they say (Grease ****** garage) it was the silencer box that was making the car want to stall and die at a stop street or robot..... So i would advice rethink of buying a car through we buy cars with my bad experience i had had with them.... if so go through your stuff and make sure all your stuff is been serviced correctly....i am still waiting for a report i have asked on the battery and they have never fixed my driver side mirror i have asked.... they did say my 6 month warranty is over due to the exhaust silencer that's been removed. But they fixed my fan belt and tensioner. So when i had asked to fix the cars problem of stalling they said no warranty is gone now and i told them but you have fixed my fan belt and tensioner....they said to me yes that's something on its own. NOW MY ANSWER IS BUT THE WANTING TO STALL OF THE VEHICLE IS ALSO SOMETHING ON ITS OWN AND THROTTLE BODY IS SOMETHING ON ITS OWN.... I really do hope head office sees the complaint so that i can tell them more....
