We Buy Carrs BAD BAD service

I bought a car from webuycars with outstanding fees on the license . Now the licensing department blocked my account and I cannot renew another license.

I already reported it to two of their customer service people and once on Hello Peter , they actually responded to the hello peter complaint but they are ignoring me and i do not know what to do.

The after sale service is really bad.
