I bought my gwm thru we buy cars 2 months now already. When the finance was organized they forced me to pick up the car in the week as they could not wait 2 days till weekend for me to fetch it. The day I went to go get the car I told them I only have few hours and that I will be there at opening time as I live far and also work permanent night shift. Needless to say I got there early and left just before 12 late for work. Their DEKRA reports are also not true. As my car had a broken lock and a small bump on left back door. I payed R20000 to get it fixed and resprayed when I got the car. I asked the sales person to get me the spare wheel spanner set as the car didn't have it. They got me a normal x shape wheel spanner that will not help me in case of flat tire. I bought the car for my wife and solar she has not rider the car once as we are still waiting for license disc and number plates. I phoned customer service,sales person, finance department, and license department of we buy cars and always get the run around. I wish I never bought the car thru them, I don't even want the car anymore the way I feel. I would recommend not to buy any vehicle thru we buy cars as they are full of stories.
