We Buy Broken Cars OR We Buy ***

I regret to have to post this review, however, whilst their sales team is friendly, their service is POOR. I recently purchased a car cash from their dealership. It was in my possession for 10 DAYS, I had not even received the papers, and broke down with a major issue, the engine is no longer useable. I cannot understand how a car at a reasonably high price, cannot last 10 days.

I emailed We Buy Cars to inform them of the situation to which they accept no responsibility and have offered no assistance. Because it was a cash deal, they now put the problem on me. So what they indirectly offer is that when a consumer owes them money they will do what it takes to get their money. When they get their money, the client is no longer valuable and is expendable. What is shocking is they made me tow the car to my house at my expense, and did not even bother to come to view the situation.

I cannot understand how it is my responsibility alone as a client to handle this situation when it was literally 10 days, I did not even have the papers. In fact, I was on my way to pick up the papers when this happened. No person should have to replace an engine after 10 days. They will not let you leave with the car if you were R50 short, why should I sit with a car without a working engine.

We Buy Cars will never be able to compensate me for my INCOVIENCE, TIME, MONEY, WORK I HAD TO CANCEL, THE TOW TRUCK I HAD TO PAY FOR, HIRING ANOTHER CAR or the overall STRESS this has caused me.

As customers we work hard for our money, we do not deserve to be taken for a ride. This happened a day before my birthday, so I sat dealing with WE BUY CARS as my birthday gift. I do not expect any favours, however this does support the clients rights or respect. They did not provide me with any other solutions or compensation other than a denial of my request.

So far, I have been diplomatic, going through their protocol. It was a waste of my time. I did not buy a car to drive for 10 days and then push it up and down my driveway. Their response was take it up with the OMBUDSMAN if I am unhappy.... I am UNHAPPY.

I will NEVER set foot in or buy a car from We Buy Cars again. I did not see We Buy *** or We Buy Broke Cars on their sign or their adverts.

I EXPECT A RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION!
