We bought a car from WBC PE and received it with engin bolts out and some broken off. They worked on the engin just before it was sent to us. Because we living far from that depot, a Customer care agent told us to repair it and then they will refund us cause no workshop in our town wants to work with WBC, they rather us paying and then ask for refund. We do so but there was no refund. After many months passed, we logged a complaint with the onbudsman. Mr. Riedewaan Kariem, Customer Care Agent of WBC comes back to us with a great service. He help us with the refund that is settle now. We will highly recommend him to anyone. 5 Stars for him but not for WBC.
