We are not refunded for theft/Impounded cars

I bought a polo at midstream branch..it was pounded due to altert vin and chase no.after Three month I worked the car paint and some mechanical....I went to the Brench to claim they only refunded me the money I bought for all the thing I done the don't even tell a date to when I am I going to be compensated.ive submited all receipts...now I bought the car from silver Lakes it needs paints job and some mechanical repairs .....why I not paid is not my fault that they don't check cars with false natis information ....I even told them give me a car that is worth my purchase and repairs they only.....if u have this issue what's app me on 06****3199 Mr More lets unite and c what we can do to get proper help...hence they only send email of comfort no follow ups
